Around this time she discovered Restorative Yoga and did several workshop trainings with Judith Lasater.

Yoga continues to be a learning practice for Juliet. Her curiosity about the human body and movement has led her in recent years to study with Katy Bowman, Jules Mitchell and Yoga Detour. This self development is reflected in her own practice and teaching - infusing both with a balance of natural human movement, somatic awareness, modern biomechanics integrated with the ancient wisdom of Yoga.
